Conciliation
If you're going through conciliation and have questions about your case, contact your conciliator.
You can find their contact details in your 'Introducing Your Conciliator' email.
Our early conciliation service is very busy. It can take around 5 weeks for it to start. We will email you as soon as your case has been assigned to a conciliator.
