The Freedom of Information Act requires Acas as a public body to make as much information as possible available to the public. Our publication scheme lists all the information we make available and where you can find it.

You can request information if it is not linked and cannot be found on our website.

Requesting information

Due to the coronavirus (COVID-19) pandemic, we are unable to answer any letters sent through the post, so please email us. There may be a delay responding to you, but we’ll try to get back to you as quickly as we can.

We do not charge for Freedom of Information (FOI) requests.
