The Chartered Institute of Personnel and Development (CIPD) has produced new guidance for employers on hybrid working today in collaboration with members of the government's Flexible Working Taskforce.
This new guidance supplements Acas's advice on hybrid working, which was also commissioned by the taskforce.
Acas Chief Executive, Susan Clews, said:
"The coronavirus (COVID-19) pandemic has greatly impacted working life. Our own poll found that over half of employers in Great Britain expect an increase in staff working from home or remotely part of the week after the country comes out of the pandemic.
"This new guidance supports Acas's own advice on hybrid working and offers valuable tips for employers and managers. We look forward to continuing our engagement with the Flexible Working Taskforce."
