Our online e-learning courses cover employment law and good practice on a wide range of topics. For example, contracts, bullying and harassment, and managing conflict.
How it works
You can download and add the e-learning package that is compatible with your learning management system. Once added, these will appear as Acas courses.
We manage course content centrally. You cannot change or update any courses.
You need to buy a license before you can add Acas e-learning to your learning management system. The license must be for the number of learners that will use the e-learning. It costs £25 per learner and lasts for 12 months.

We offer our e-learning courses in these file types:
- SCORM 1.2
- SCORM 2004 3rd edition
- AICC
- CMI5
- LTI 1.1
- LTI 1.3
Make sure one of these file types is compatible with your organisation's learning management system. Talk to your organisation's system administrator if you're not sure.
Adding new courses
While you have a license, you can access any new courses at no extra cost. We will let you know when new courses are available.
Important: to access new courses, you need to upload an updated e-learning package to your learning management system.
Tracking learners' progress
Having Acas e-learning in your own learning management system allows you to track learners' progress. For example, course completion rates.
What you can track will depend on your system. Your system administrator should be able to tell you what tracking is available.
