How we make our training accessible

We try to make our training accessible to everyone, so that all attendees can get the most out of the sessions.

Digital platforms

We use Zoom to deliver training remotely. Zoom:

  • supports screen readers
  • has customisable colour contrast
  • has closed captions

If you've requested training as part of tailored support for your organisation, we can also use Microsoft Teams.

Training materials

We sometimes provide handouts in our face-to-face training sessions. We can provide these materials in different formats. For example, easy read or large print.

If you need materials in a different format, let us know as early as possible before your training session. We need a reasonable amount of time to arrange this.

Contact us about accessibility

Contact our Training and Customer Services team before a digital or face-to-face training session to request:

  • training materials in a different format
  • any other adjustments that will help you access the training

Get in touch as early as possible before your training to give us enough time to arrange any adjustments.

You can also let us know your accessibility needs when booking training online or over the phone.
