Changes to employment contracts

Workers and employers might want to change the terms and conditions of an employment contract. This might be to bring them up to date with new laws or changes to the job. Any changes must be agreed by both the worker and employer.

Employers should avoid 'fire and rehire'. They must consult before dismissal.
