The latest independent report by Peter Urwin, Richard Saundry and Frankie Saundry of the University of Westminster assesses the economic impact of Acas individual and collective conciliation services on the British economy. It covers the financial year 2023 to 2024.

The report builds on a previous evaluation of the full range of Acas services for 2018 to 2019. And it updates the estimates set out in an initial assessment for 2014 to 2015.
