Narrator: You've probably heard terms like ADHD, autism, dyslexia, and maybe dyspraxia.

You might even know someone who's been diagnosed.

These are types of what are called neurodivergence and describe the way different brains process information and can affect things like attention, mood, learning, and social interaction.

We all think, act and learn differently, which means we all have different strengths and things we're good at, and of course, things we might find more challenging.

There are many advantages in having someone who thinks differently on your team.

You'll get new and different ideas or ways to approach problems that you may not have thought of.

But like all of us, we need the right environment to be at our best.

Nobody likes a messy desk or a noisy office.

For some of us, it's a bit of a distraction, but for others it can throw us off doing our jobs or even completely overwhelm us.

It can take just a small adjustment to get things right for us all to grow, and more often than not, there's no real cost.

We're a diverse people, we're all different shapes and sizes, and we all think differently.
