The Carnegie UK Trust has published a new report today with recommendations on how to achieve good work for all as part of the coronavirus economic recovery. Acas’s workplace expertise was included in the research.
Acas Chief Executive, Susan Clews, said:
“This is a well-researched report that looks at how we can all learn from the mistakes of the last recession. It looks at the role that everyone can play to help ensure good quality work is prioritised as part of our economic recovery post-Covid.
“Acas’s advisory services have been in demand during the coronavirus pandemic. One clear message is that strong communication between organisations and workers is key to maintaining good relationships at work and finding solutions in this difficult time.
“We are keen to play a strong role in bringing partners together to help deal with the challenges ahead and make working life better in Britain for the future.”
