This is an independent evaluation of the Acas individual conciliation service by Ipsos MORI.
It's based on the telephone survey results of:
- 1,700 claimants, employers and representatives whose early conciliation cases ended between March and April 2019
- 950 claimants, employers and representatives in conciliation cases for employment tribunal applications where the corresponding early conciliation notification closed between March and May 2018
