Acas consults on non-statutory discipline and grievance guidanceThursday 12 June 2008 Since issuing a draft of its revised code of practice on discipline and grievance for formal consultation, Acas has been working on more detailed non-statutory guidance on handling discipline and grievances in the workplace. The guidance, which is designed to support the code, is now available. Comments on the draft guidance should be emailed by 25 July 2008 to DGguide@acas.org.uk Please state whether you are responding as an individual, or on behalf of an organisation.
