Our aim is to resolve disputes and improve organisation performance by providing practical expert advice and training.

Equality and Diversity Forum

Acas East Midlands chairs and co-ordinates an Equality & Diversity Forum. Membership comprises of E&D Managers and professionals from business across the East Midlands. The forum discusses and showcases relevant topics promoting equalities and better employer relations.

Acas East Midlands Employment Relations Forum

Hear from a range of experts, share good practice and concerns about current issues, and help to influence relevant policy developments.

The Steering Group is made up of area representatives of the CBI, the TUC, the Engineering Employers Federation, CIPD and Nottingham Business School as well as Acas and HR professionals from the private and public sectors.
