The Acas Strategy Unit produces a range of publications aimed at engaging with the public policy debate on issues impacting on employment relations. As well as referring to external research and policy developments and debate, our publications draw extensively on Acas research and the experience and knowledge of Acas front-line staff.
Helpline advisers, mediators and trainers who interact daily with employers, employees and their representatives provide a unique window on the world of work that provides a tangible picture of what is happening in Britain's workplaces that we hope will inform and influence policy development in this area.
The following publications are available:
- Acas Policy Discussion Papers
- Employment Relations Matters archive
- Employment Relations Comment
- Responses to government consultations.
