Helpline

The Acas Helpline is the place to go for both employers and employees who are involved in an employment dispute or are seeking information on employment rights and rules. The Helpline provides clear, confidential, independent and impartial advice to assist the caller in resolving issues in the workplace.

Customer services team for your business needs

Our customer service team deal with training course bookings and business projects and services. Acas provide training and tailored solutions for your business on a range of employment related topics. Note that the customer service team does not provide helpline advice and cannot transfer calls to the helpline. For employment advice call our helpline on 08457 47 47 47.

Works on equality and diversity issues with small to medium-sized businesses in the Yorkshire & Humber region (if you're based in any other region, contact the Helpline). It's open Monday to Friday, 09:00-17:00.

A confidential equality advice service for small businesses. It's open Monday to Friday, 09:00-16:30.
