6. Harassment
Harassment can happen when someone behaves in a way that is unwanted.
The main law that protects people from harassment is the Equality Act 2010.
This law protects workers from harassment related to protected characteristics.
It also protects workers from:
- sexual harassment
- less favourable treatment as a result of harassment
