What is RSS?
RSS stands for 'Really Simple Syndication', and is a way of delivering web content directly to you at your computer from a number of different sources and websites. Using a compatible web browser or RSS reader program, you can subscribe to the Acas' news feeds, which deliver our latest news updates straight to you.
What program do I need to read RSS feeds?
A downloadble news reader lets you subscribe to any of the thousands of RSS feeds on the internet. Feedreader is a free RSS reader available to download at: http://www.feedreader.com/download.
Several web browsers, including Firefox and Opera allow you to view RSS feeds inside the browser. To add Acas RSS feeds to Firefox, you can either manually paste the url of RSS feed into firefox as a live bookmark or simply locate the orange icon at the bottom of the Firefox browser window and select subscribe.
