Acas publishes Kindle edition of bullying and harassment guide

Acas has released a Kindle edition of one of its key guides on bullying and harassment.

Bullying and harassment at work: A guide for managers and employers can now be downloaded straight to your Kindle from the Amazon website for a small charge, the minimum amount chargeable.

The guide continues to be available free of charge as a PDF from the Acas website (pdf icon Advice leaflet - Bullying and harassment at work: a guide for managers and employers [172kb]).

The leaflet offers practical advice to employers to help them prevent bullying and harassment in the workplace, and includes guidelines for the development of policies and procedures.

It's in every employer's interests to promote a safe, healthy and fair environment in which people can work. Bullying and harassment are not only morally unacceptable, but may lead to serious problems for organisations, including poor employee relations, lower performance and productivity, increased absence rates, higher turnover and costly tribunal or court cases.

Acas provides practical hands-on training about issues associated with Bullying and harassment, including how to tackle toxic workplace cultures and creating dignity and respect in the workplace.
