Workplace tensions can come to the fore at Christmas

Although it's supposed to be the season of good will, Christmas can often be a catalyst for underlying frustrations, either at home or at work. Being able to address and resolve disputes in the workplace can pave the way to happier, more productive staff - and bring a bit of festive cheer.
