The Acas Certificate in Internal Workplace Mediation which is accredited by NOCN, one of the main awarding bodies in the UK, equips delegates with the skills to become internal workplace mediators and to take their learning back into the workplace to train others in essential mediation techniques. Bullying and Harassment
