Acas Model Workplace interactive tool

The Acas Model Workplace is an interactive tool designed to be used by anyone who has a responsibility for people management.

Acas' experience of workplaces in every sector has convinced us that getting people to work well together is the key to improving the efficiency of any organisation. We've developed our Model Workplace tool so that you can get the most out of the people you manage. With ten modules covering everything from recruitment to change management, the Acas Model Workplace will:

• help you assess the effectiveness of people management in your organisation
• give you practical guidance on setting up and maintaining good employment relations.

Whether you want to check your practices in a specific area, get to the root of people problems in your workplace or find out how you can maximise employees' performance, our real world advice will make a real difference.

The Model is quick and easy to use - it takes around 15 minutes to complete a module. Each module contains 7-10 multiple choice questions about your current employment practices.
