Acas Model Workplace

The Acas Model Workplace is a free interactive tool designed to be used by anyone who has a responsibility for people management.

With ten modules covering everything from recruitment to change management, the Acas Model Workplace will:

• help you assess the effectiveness of people management in your organisation
• give you practical guidance on setting up and maintaining good employment relations
• connect you to useful resources.

It's quick and easy to use and you can complete as few or as many modules as you like. After completing a module, you'll be a given a rating indicating how effective your current practices are in this area, along with advice based on your rating and links to resources and assistance.

Whether you want to check your practices in a specific area, get to the root of people problems in your workplace or find out how you can maximise employees' performance, our real world advice will make a difference to your business.
