Nicola Templeman
Independent financial adviser
Nicola has spent nearly 30 years in the financial services industry, the last 16 as a Senior Executive at Nationwide Building Society, where she led a wide range of departments including Retail Strategy, Group Audit, Third Party Sales and the Fraud Department. She was an inaugural member of the Equal Opportunities Committee at Nationwide with an interest in all areas of diversity. She holds an MBA (Masters in Business Administration).
Nicola is now focusing on developing her own business as an independent financial adviser, and coaching women in transition in their work/home life, in addition to her position as Acas Council member. She also sits on the Board of the Wiltshire Rural Housing Association.
A working mother with three young boys, Nicola has successfully combined a demanding career with raising a family together with her husband. She attributes her success to her ability to build and maintain strong working relationships that are founded on mutual trust, respect and friendship. She is passionate about improving the working lives of all employees for the benefit for the individual and the performance of the organisation.
