Acas Helpline

Whether you are an employer, employee or representative, you can call the Acas helpline for free and impartial advice. Simply get in touch and we'll provide you with clear and confidential guidance about any kind of dispute or query that you have about relationship issues within the workplace. You may also benefit from using our popular Acas Helpline Online tool.

You may want to know about employment rights and rules, best practice or you may need advice about a dispute. We know that most of our customers find the answers to their questions by accessing our online Advice and Guidance.

Call the Acas helpline on 0300 123 1100 from Monday-Friday, 8am-8pm and Saturday, 9am-1pm.

Our automated system learns from your questions and, as more people use it, will get better at providing the most relevant answer to your query. Additional helpline support

Customers with a hearing or speech impairment may prefer to contact us using the Text Relay service. You can contact the Acas Helpline using Text Relay by dialling 18001 0300 123 1100. Your questions will be relayed to the helpline adviser who answers the call and a real-time conversation will take place.

International languages

You can get Helpline support in any language. Just call the Helpline on 0300 123 1100 and tell us which language you prefer. Within seconds we'll have an interpreter available for you.

Welsh language Helpline

Acas is committed to providing a Welsh Language Helpline service and at present we can provide a call back from one of our Welsh Advisers between the hours of 12pm-4pm.
