Keeping staff and employees informed of the latest thinking in workplace relations can boost an organisation's productivity and profitability and ensure that fewer misunderstandings and disputes arise in the future. We offer training for on all aspects of employment relations – that's anything that affects the relationship between employers and employees. These include the basics, such as recruitment, performance management, discipline or absence management. We also offer more advanced subjects such as information and consultation and equal pay. Our training is designed for both employers and employee representatives and comes in two main formats. Events, conferences and workshops"Open access" events are advertised on our website and are largely designed for small businesses that don't have a separate HR department. We also run conferences, employment law updates and workshops for those with an understanding of HR issues. Training We offer bespoke training courses and programmes for larger employers, which we can deliver at your own offices. An Acas trainer will work with you to tailor a programme for your specific needs, incorporating your own policies and procedures. This means that your people can receive training together, enhancing their relationships and ensuring they all have the same understanding of the subject matter.
