There is no restriction on the number of characters or type of characters in a ‘username’ but there can only be one ‘username’ of that kind in the system. Therefore a unique username is required by each registered user.

E.g. if you choose ‘Sarah’ and the system already has a ‘Sarah’ entered by another user then you will need to use another variation such as ‘Sarah71’ or ‘SarahP’.”
