Acas business solutions address a wide range of business needs. Our specialists offer tailored advice, diagnosis, in-company support and training to help organisations address a wide range of management and employment relations issues.

Dispute resolution services

Sometimes workplace problems arise that may seem intractable. Situations may include negotiations with a union that have reached deadlock, or a serious breakdown in relationships between individuals in a team. In these cases some kind of intervention may be necessary and Acas provide a range of services to help. Many of our services are offered at no charge.

Acas dispute resolution services include: mediation, individual conciliation, collective conciliation, and pre-claim conciliation.
